Our return policy is valid for 14 days upon successful arrival of your order. Your item(s) must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect said item(s), we will send an email to notify you the status for your refund or exchange request.
Get in touch with our team to arrange a return delivery via postal address or drop-off point (only available for Malaysia). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, preferably inclusive of trackable delivery service.
Exchange requests are possible for similar items under the same product category, and in case of low inventory, any equal-priced items on our website. Approved exchanges will be shipped out within 3 working days.
Refunds are done via online bank transfer, or your chosen payment gateway upon purchase where applicable. Transactions will be processed within 3 working days of refund approval, not including bank and app processing times.
All sales marked under "Clearance" or "Outlet" are final and non-refundable.
